"We didn’t move in here but we toured and turned down the apartment, the people were nice but tried to be sneaky. My wife saw them pick up air freshener that was outside of the apartment right before we walked in. The main lady nudged a man that toured with us to pick it up and tucked it away, red flag number one (and I know they didn’t think we saw that). When we walked in we saw why they tried to hide the air freshener it stunk of cigarettes. This is incredibly off putting because it shouldn’t smell that way, I have asthma and am working on starting a family and do not want to newly pregnant with asthma in a place that smells like cigarettes. The light switches and outlets were Smokey and yellow colored. My wife touched the side of a light switch and it left a mark from the smoke. There was pictures kids had drawn left up tin closet and there was mold in sink. The bathroom looked gross as well and they after like it was no big deal. And literally try to say the paneling and outlets were “off white” and not from smoke and they could try and fix it. I don’t know, we said no thank you cause we’re not staying in a place like that they could have atleast told us it wasn’t ready before hand. And definitely gave off the impression of trying to be dishonest and sneaky so not for us."
"Wonderful place to live family friendly and makes you feel at home. Apartments are nice and size of closets are amazing definitely a help is the second bathroom. The people who work here are amazing some of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever met. Ty berrienwoods"
"They never did get around to fixing anything. In fact their pay website goes down and they don't pick up the pay checks til the days after so they can charge latefees."
"Arbor Trails is under new management! They are making big changes to make this community warm and welcoming family friend community. The Property Manager and Maintenance team are working hard and doing great things."
"Been here for over a year. And we haven’t been able to do our laundry here because the hookups haven’t been fixed yet. One of the main reasons we came here was to be able to do our laundry in the comfort of our apartment. Had them come look at it and they haven’t been back since to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend this place because they do the bare minimum for their people. Would highly suggest north Niles villa or anywhere else than this place"
