"Don’t move here. They had me sign and renew my lease, then decided 2 weeks later they didn’t want me as a tenant and changed their mind even AFTER I already renewed my lease. Never had any complaints from my neighbors nor did I bother anybody. Just a single mother trying to take care of her kids. So me and my THREE children were forced to move out. Management sucks, it’s definitely only about the money."
"I love it there outside of them not renewing my lease and I'm disabled and my husband moved out and was ordered by a judge to pay the rent every month until our divorce was final and he deliberately paid it late and I was basically forced out because they did not want to renew my lease"
"I know people who live here, and seeing this place I'm not impressed. What makes it worse is they are forcing families out into the street. They don't care if your children have a place to live, its all about money to the new owners. Nothing community about these apts!"
"Lived here for a few years unfortunately. I was insulted by the rude office personnel on several occasions. They raised my rent every year with COVID-19 in full effect. When I mentioned this they said I signed the paperwork so... That’s how they handled things there. Maintenance was nice. They never changed my furnace filter the 2+ years I lived there. Horrible management!!!!"
"My 85 year old mother lives here and she loves it. The grounds are always kept clean and they keep the riff raff to a minimum by consistently enforcing rules. Management does a good job of responding to maintenance requests. It’s quiet with many units face a natural setting. Large storage area on first floor apartments."
