"Was a great place to live until the private owners sold to a property management company. The new owners have increased the price of nearly every aspect of living here and it seems they have also found a couple other sneaky ways to get a few more bucks out of you. Very money motivated, It really seems like these new owners really don't care much about the tenants. It seems like they know that some of the tenants do not have another place to go and they use that to their advantage. If you've got other options, i would suggest exploring them."
"Great, affordable apartments in a pretty tranquil place. Central air, a short walk/bike/drive into downtown Niles, and pool access were all big plusses. My only critique isn't of the complex itself but that the section of Platt Street the apartments are on could use a sidewalk. (I lived at Tanglewood in 2019/2020.)"
"I just have to say this has been the best experience renting somewhere living here the last two years. They've always been quick with any maintenance requests and keep the complex looking great! Neighbors are all friendly as well!"
"They are small and it always smell Marijuana even in the parking lot. The pool is sinking in and Forrest behind is trashed by kids. The people there are also not the brightest."
