"Sadly I was banned from this location let me tell ya u. I was asked to turn down my music I had a speaker in my pocket. Matt says u were Im here earlier and apparently someone came up to him and said something about the music I'm not sure. It is ways I approach a person. Matt came up and asked me to turn down the music as he has other people in the store and that he didn't want them listening to rap music. I said what do I want me to do play rock. He even said I need to get some headphones. I get up to check out Emily refused to let me purchase my items. As a manager I have to know how to deal with every situation, a customer's in back of me I let them know it was gonna b a whole for him to get to the register Emily goes just right through me. I told Emily if this customer pushes through me I am gonna push through u. I asked her to call the police. Police came immediately I said I have a pistol on my right hip. Emily immediately says your band. How can this cause me to be banned. Like I explained to Matt I don't see any postings or pictures in or around thestorevsaying u can't listen to rap music. I was shopping for myself and Emily and Matt knows I am an instacart shopper. This matter definitely needs to be addressed."

"I like this store the products they sell, the steaks they sell, even the frozen vegetables are nice the food is all locally sourced and nice serving proportions, might wanna bring a few extra dollars for bags tho or bring your own."

"We live right by this Aldi and it’s easy and convenient. We usually love this place great options! But the cashier is awful. We’re going to try contacting someone about him. He’s not nice, doesn’t smile, he makes people feel stupid and gets irritated fast, greasy, doesn’t look like he showers. And he’s going to be the reason we go else where. Not good with customer service. He has glasses."

"Went in and got milk early morning noticed later in day that the best by date was today so I go back in to exchange it out and one cashier saw me walking in with it but continued to walk to the office door but stops to tlk to another worker while I’m standing there , so I hear another cashier say I can help who’s nex down here so I turn and said we’ll since she isn’t acknowledging me maybe u can help explained and he said grab another and as I was walking I said u give money back as well right. So I grab the new and stand in his line he calls a manger and he asked what’s up cashier explained mngr asked me if I grabbed a new one I said yeah and Christen the cashier rudely replied and she wants her money back!! Wow ok so the mgr said ok and he was like well I do t know how to do that! Sorry for inconvenience to the cashier I shop there all the time and have never had an issue .. Maybe they need to be trained on friendly customer service . And as to the mgr he asked me u got that today after the return was done ahh yes it’s not even open .."

"What can I say, it's Aldi. We love it. Great prices and good quality products at a fraction of the competitors prices. Can't say enough how much we love saving hundreds on our groceries here. Be sure to bring your own grocery bags or containers. To load your purchases into. Once you get used to it, it's a piece of cake. We bring a variety of different sized plastic containers for loading our groceries into and making it extremely easy to carry them in the house once we're home. Highly recommend."
