"The Marshalls by Rivertown mall is really nice. A lot of inventory, choices great, and clearance section is good. Though i would love to see the parents in Marshalls who allow their kids to literally destroy the store and rip open merchandise boxes, remove toys and tear toy boxes open. That is theft and destruction of property and I’d love to see them criminally tried. If you let your child destroy merchandise then you will be arrested! It’s your job as a parent to teach them right from wrong. Or you will pay the consequences."
"The manager Patrick is RUDE and should not be working in customer service. And I will be calling corporate on him to also put out a complaint on him! I'm going as high up as I can on this one. He is Bad for your business."
"Writing this review to highlight Courtney (your home merchandise employee.) She saw my cart then told me where more of those items I collect would be. Truly went way out of her way without me even asking! Best customer service ever and I hope you pay her well. I saw the employees working hard stocking & organizing the shelves, appreciate the clean well stocked store."
