"This place is a dump. Useless staff. They make the customers go back through the store to go get prices. Then they are not happy with a picture on a phone. The staff avoids eye contact so they don’t have to help you. The place is dirty inside and out. Very ghetto. Do not recommend that anyone shops this location. If zero stars was an option I would have given it."

"I was trying to exchange a door at this home depot location. The girl at the return counter refused to help me out. I lost the receipt, but I did have a card that I used to purchase it, in order to pull up a receipt. She said it was too difficult for her to do that and told us she couldn’t do it unless I had a receipt for her. She didn’t bother to ask for help from a manager. I had to drive to a different location on 28th to get helped and they were able to do so. I shop at Home Depot all the time, so I know the return and exchange policy. I was there at around 2pm on 01/11/23, and the young girl with her hair dyed hair in different colors didn’t do her job at all. I’m disappointed by the way I was treated by that employee and her attitude."

"I ordered a tool box set on Jan. 19th to arive thru this store when I went in. It is now Feb 2cnd and my package was supposed to be ready Jan. 24th. They have not contacted me once about it arriving. I have gotten a notification the product has been shipped to store and is waiting on my pick up. They stated that they only received 2/3 of total shipped items attached to my order. I called 5 times now to find out where it went to only be suggested that I just get a refund for the product I paid to receive. Still waiting now for some one to contact me the found my order or at the very least re order the item they lost"

"Staff wen't out of their way to get me taken care of this morning. Very appreciative of everyone's help. I come to this location often for business and personal needs and they always come through. "They have a lot of supplies, but hardly any workers available to help or ask questions. We cut our own trim since no one was around to assist us. I do like the "Oops Paint" available, though. I'm assuming the paint was mixed wrong, people changed their mind, or didn't pick up the paint they wanted mixed. I got a gallon of good Behr paint for $9. Besides that, I much prefer Menards over Home Depot for the sales, the rebates, and the available employees that are good at directing you to where you need to go."
