"It was nice, the staff were friendly. I went there pretty late, around 10pm, so the self checkout lanes were closed and only customer service was open to check people out"
"Pickup location is in an awkward location with out a staff person there, or a way to notify someone you are waiting. Feels like you are just standing in the middle of the walkway. The order was fast and easy but pickup was just ok."
"The Target store in Wyoming Michigan on Clyde Park and 54th St., Southwest needs more improvement needs to get new disability scooters for the disabled people replace because the ones they have never work and also they need to work on the people skills. They are very unprofessional and so is the courtesy. They never answered the Phone they need to replace some of them workers that work there cause they are very unprofessional and disrespectful and I’m gonna try to reach corporate to report some of the stuff going on at that store"
"Beyond unreasonable. The phones ring for fun because they do not answer no matter how many times you call, no matter the department, in fact I’ve spent so long trying I’m wondering if they even have a phone line. Mind you I was just there and not a single person working except stocking and no help whatsoever. Most downhill I’ve ever seen target and honestly the fact that no one can answer the phone call is enough for me to take my money elsewhere."
"Shopping at 12 noon today with a decent amount of items. ZERO open checkouts. The line for self checkout was growing and absolutely no urgency or concern from manager or staff standing around and walking by. I stopped a staff member walking by and asked if this was the case and was greeted with indifference. I put my cart aside and said this doesn’t work for me and walked out the door. This is the new model for retail. Ignore the customer and pretend they have no other options. Please spare me the tears for brick and mortar, who are struggling against competing online sales growth. They deserve all the misery and future unemployment coming their way. To be clear there were several available staff members within eyesight of this issue and took no action."
