"Associate would not accept a Fed EX package, stating they dont ship packages with a QR code. FED EX lists (as does Walgreens) that the store is a location where you CAN ship QR code packages. So frustrating. Either train the employees or change your website for the 5575 Byron Center Ave. location."
"Went to pick up a prescription 6 hrs after it was sent to them from the doctor, they told me it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I went back 90 minutes later they said it would be ready in 30 more minutes, went back 90 minutes later still not ready. I will now have the doctors office sent it CVS tomorrow."
