"Update: After leaving a 1 star review, things were handled quickly by management and the washer was replaced. Bummed it took public attention to get things handled, but once it was brought to management's attention, the replacement process was really fast and easy. We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from them. Before we purchased , we made sure that they were certified to work on this washer and dryer under any warranty issues. The sales person assured us they were able to work on these machines. Literally 7 DAYS after purchase, the washer threw an error code. We called Brummel's and told them the issue, and turns out they don't even have a service department at all. Told us to call the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do. We asked them if they would stand by the product and replace it since it was broken within a week of delivery, and they said they would not do that. Super bummed at the entire experience."

"My time at this store was a horrible experience. I was basically harassed into make my purchase over the phone. Was told a price paid the price I was told to pay. 2 days later a message was left and I was told I owed more money. How does this work? Owner says I was given wrong price. Owner was not trying to do anything for what has sells Rep told me. A very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anybody here. They actually did make it all right. We met in the middle and we both agreed it was fair. Definitely would shop here again."
