"Contractors - don't waste your time! Inventory is always wrong, logistics of ordering and paying are absolutely ridiculous! You must go to the back of the store to order and then to the front to pay and drive around to pick up... Only to find that they don't have the product you purchased. Then you have to drive back around to the front, walk to the back of the store to talk to customer service so they can issue a refund and then..... Walk back to the front of the, wait in line, show your proof of purchase and return to get a refund. 1 1/2 HOURS WASTED. Never going back!"
"I love Menards but hate the 11% off that you have to mail in (stamps, take time to apply for). Then I can only use the cash back at Menards. I would prefer the money off at the time of purchase, receipts get lost and the 11% off is a joke because you never know how much things actually cost until check out!✌️❤️"
"Shocking horrible customer service. I called the carpet department today and asked if they had any remnants in stock and if the employee could check if they had a certain brand/color of remnant left. The employee replied that he absolutely would not do that and hung up on me. Called back to see if I could speak with someone else and the same employee answered and said he would put me on hold but didn't and kept the call going as he worked. Called a third time and couldn't get through at all. I had called the Menards in Kalamazoo off of Gull Rd and requested the same thing and the employee there checked for me without hesitation."
