"When you call this place they answer saying "Hello" like it is their personal phone and not a place of business.Then they charge 30 bucks to just look at your equipment. I told the first guy I had purchased it last year or the year before that from them and then got a call from a different guy telling me I was wrong and proceeded to tell me when I actually purchased it (which really has nothing to do with it needing to be repaired considering there was not a warranty). Once I got to the store he told me a different story than what I was originally told on the phone. Oh I forgot to mention he said he looked at it for an hour only to tell me all 3 times that it would be expensive to repair. I will only purchase vac bags from this establishment and nothing else."
"Save yourself some time and visit a "Real" Vacuum cleaner store. Over the years I have owned many vacuums, small, upright, tank, etc. Some with filters some without. When I have needed attachments or bags and such it was always a bit of a scavenger hunt finding things. Some of the big box stores might have a couple things but not the size or type you need. It's good being able to get everything in one spot here. Ps. While you're there check out the antique vacuums. They're novel to say the least!"
"Met the owner proprietor at VAC World when I brought a Bissell Pro Steamer model in for review. The Staff were all courteous and within days a quote was prepared. Parts were available and in stock. The price was competitive so that I went ahead with the repair instead of a replacement. Appreciate having a go to business for honest assesment of household equipment should life happen again down the road."
