"Went in 2 weeks ago to upgrade my phone. The one and only request was I needed one with an excellent camera. The salesman swore this particular phone was the best and raved about the camera. Yesterday, I took pictures of a very special event and came to realize that the camera is awful! I Googled reviews, I spoke with another phone provider, etc...all had the same response...this new phone has the worst camera reviews and is a piece of junk, basically. MetroPCS refused to refund my money. MetroPCS was uncaring regarding the fact that I was lied to and out almost $400. I am a mother, and feel that I was taken advantage of by an extremely unethical salesman, and now seemingly, unethical company. I've been a customer for a decade, and I feel completely used and basically like my money was stolen from me. I'm hurt. I'm angry. I just want my money back."
"I've been here before and the people who are there have been great. Today I went to pay my bill and the two people that were there each had a customer so I walked around looking at the accessories while I waited my turn. I then went to sit on the couch that us there and waited some more. I was probably there between 20-30 minutes and not once did these individuals say to me " we'll be with you shortly". They didn't even greet me when I walked in. I do the know their names but it was a guy and a girl. Metro, you really need to teach better customer service to your employees. What if instead of paying for my bill I was there to get phones for all my kids? You could've lost a great deal of money. I don't believe I will be going there again even though it's closest to my house. Very poor customer service by these two individuals."
