"It was clean and close to the ferry. We had hoped to check in early, but no. And there's no internet. I was shocked that in 2023 in a tourist district, they don't have wifi. But the room was clean (old fixtures) and the bed was comfortable."

"First of all we found a wet towel in the bathroom the moment we walked in. The so called free Internet is a 2G that doesn't work. The smell coming from the bathroom is awful. At $150 a night including tax it's definitely a no, no."

"I was in exhausted and emotional after driving from Sarnia, ON with my labrador and my daughter and after arriving way too early for check-in, the incredibly kind front desk attendant set us up with a room as quickly as she could. I cannot thank her enough for helping us out. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly kind. I highly recommend this Inn."

"PROS: During my stay, the room was a comfortable space. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was well kept, and i enjoyed the accessibility of the mini fridge and microwave (not very common in hotels). They do allow pets, which is amazing and not a crazy fee for them either! CONS: With pets being allowed, i noticed there is very minimal dinning options that are pet friendly in the city, Mackinaw City is more pet friendly with dinning options. We had gone to Bouys by the Bay and had no issues with our dog. Although the location is close to downtown St. Ignance, it can be a hefty walk when walking through the whole town. The amenity to Cedar Hill Lodge pool and spa was nice, although this hotel was on the opposite side of the city, non-walking distance, so we had not been able to make our way there. specially with a dog as well. I do enjoy the amenity offering though! waterfront rooms are decent, your not right along the water, and depending how busy it is, the neighboring vehicles may block the view, but we did not go here solely for the lakefront view."
