"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed in a handicap room and the handicap bathroom was very spacious and it was perfectly done to accommodate handicap folks. All the people working here are very friendly and helpful. I had never played Let it Ride card table and wanted to learn and try it. The dealer was very patient teaching me how to play though there were others at the table too. Everyone was kind and friendly which made my experience enjoyable. I recommend this casino."

"Rooms are ok. Not very well planned or laid out. Outlets are not in convenient locations and one small nightstand for two double beds is not remotely sufficient. And about that... was told there were no king bed rooms available and yet the hotel was almost vacant. Made for overly close sleeping on our honeymoon. Really would've preferred a king bed. Restaurant is mediocre. Deli is far better. The Buoy in town has great, chef prepared, food for about the same price range. Make the drive."

"It's a smaller casino but the atmosphere is good, short staffed so the both bars are not usually open together during the weekdays. Buffet is ok but the deli is really good! Overall not a bad place."

"The hotel rooms are wonderful. I give them five stars as they were clean and very comfortable. We went to the restaurant for dinner and we were negatively greeted. We were encouraged to not eat there. And then the service we received was terrible. We appeared to be an imposition to the greeter. I was going to write a letter but now I will just post this."

"This past weekend was our first time coming to Kewadin Casino in St Ignace I can definitely say I was not impressed at all. We came in a bus so we didn’t mind the 4 hour drive. I placed a $50 bill in a machine I doubled checked that I was playing the one cent game and it took $45 on the first game. It took a very long time for the attendant to come and help me. He opened up the machine and checked the history of it. He went back to the supervisor and spoke about my situation they credited me $30 that had to be spent on the machines. IT’S MY MONEY I SHOULD DECIDE IF I WANT TO PLAY MORE OR NOT. NOT MANAGEMENT OR THE CASINO SHOULD HAVE A SAY ON THE MATTER! This casino took from me $20. Their lame excuse is that I some how pressed the wrong button. Imagine the attendant telling this to various customers how much free money they are pocketing a night???? On top of it one of the beds smelled like the sheets have not been changed in a while. My husband and I will definitely NOT be returning back."
