"Sheets on both beds were small and were coming off the edges of the beds by morning. And one mattress had a dark stain on it. Toilet was rocking/wobbly. Breakfast was not good. Hot water for tea tasted off as did the milk. Biscuits were very hard - and gravy didn't soften them enough, though gravy wasn't too bad. Lampshade has a dark stain. Hard to regulate the room temperature - was too hot or too cold."

"First and foremost the staff was super nice and helpful. But the hotel itself is in need of major repairs. Throughout the entire hotel you smell mildew and mold. The room itself smelt like black mold. We got the jacuzzi room suite. Would not step foot in the hot tub since the shower looked to not have been cleaned since it was covered in hair. The side door by our room didn't close all the way, so anyone could get into the hotel at any time. The hotel pool has been closed since summer for repairs. I'd recommend staying elsewhere."

"In a word? Awful. This place has paper thin wall and floors. The lady at the front desk was less than friendly. The exterior door to the parking lot was broken and didn’t lock, not very safe. Plus it seems like everyone that stays here steals towels , blankets , pillows and even washcloths. I say that because of the signs posted all over the room. I also noticed the night attendant doing laundry as well. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this, which I doubt you are, you need to hire someone to do laundry besides the front desk person and please hire a maintenance person to fix the locks and numerous other issues with your building."

"What a great stay. I was discouraged by the most recent reviews and almost didn't book! I'm glad we decided to go with this hotel. The service was top notch with a nice hot cocoa, tea and coffee bar. Fresh popcorn was popped for us and warm cookies were provided upon check in. We requested a late check out and it wasnt a problem at all! The pool was warm and the hot tub was super hot. The working sauna was a nice bonus as many places don't have one or if they do its usually broken. Beds were super comfy and the room was spotless. The location was nice too, quiet and accessible for large trailers and RVs. I would definitely stay here again."
