"It is 10:20 on Monday, 9/18/23 and websites states store opens at 10 am and no one is here. Had 3 people looking for their vacuum to pick up and no one is here."

"Dropped off Cutco knives to be sent in to be sharpened Feb 24th. "Should be 2 weeks" they say We'll call. Called April 4th to follow up on status. " There not back yet" April 14th noticed missed call from Oreck, no message? Assuming knives were done. Picked up knives, looked at paperwork. They didn't even send them out till April 4th. Both visits to store, no one in show room on arrive, waiting a few minutes before anyone comes out from the back. Each visit it seemed like, I was interrupting their day. Two different employees, so can't say it was just one person. Will just mail them myself like I have in the past. Definitely no reason to return to this business. Hey Dawn K. VP of ? at David's Vacuums People have been complaining about your North Olmsted Ohio. Store for years. Same people are still there, and Customer's are still complaining. Great ownership are you second or third generation?"

"No priority for customer service. I have had my hoover steam cleaner her for over 3 months to do a warranty claim to get it replaced. It was a gift that I haven't been able to use since I received it Mark and Mike will smile in your face and apologize that they haven't found my broken steam cleaner in the basement that at this point I just want back. I feel that someone has stolen it and that's why they can't find it. Next is the better business bureau and the attorney generals office"

"They have terrible customer service communication. I brought a Bissell crosswave in to be repaired, after 4 weeks and not hearing anything from them I called to inquire about what was going on and they told me that the motor is defective and I would be getting a new one. Noone explained the process for getting a new and that they was returning the old. On the old crosswave I left a new carpet brush that I paid separately for it so they could test it out. It was sent back to Bissell and they didn't take it off. Then when the new one did come in Noone bothered to call me and let me know it was there. I had to call and inquire about after it had been sitting there a day or two. That is no way to do business!!"
