"I didnt buy anything. I just walked thru the store to the mall. I've always liked Penny's clothes good quality."
"While the staff were friendly and approachable, the store was a HOT mess. Things looked messy, unorganized and unsanitary. The escalators were out of service and the stairs were hard to climb. Furthermore, the putrid smell a the customer service desk hung thickly in the air. Thankfully, I didn’t throw up. Not a pleasant experience."
"To me not a good selection of females clothes. Clothes now days dates back to the seventies, clothes selection could be better. My wife did find something to wear to the Christmas party at the hotel."
"I can't believe that on December 16th they would only have 1, yes that's one checkout on the 1st floor right by the exterior doors. Not by the doors that open into Great Northern Mall. Of course the only other checkout was on the second floor. So when shopping there, and you enter from the mall, and you find something to buy that's close to where you came in, you'll have to go to the opposite side of the store, or upstairs with one of the escalators closed to check out, then walk all the way back to get to the mall. Not to say the staff was nowhere to be found for help or friendly when checking out. The feeling was as though the store was closing or at least they didn't want you to shop there. Well I won't be!"
"I called the store to ask if a Sephora gift card that I have been bought could be used because Sephora was no longer there. The woman on the phone told me I would just have to come in that no one could answer that question. I asked why and was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I tried calling back and no one would pick up the phone."
