"Love Burlington, the checkout people are always friendly and smilin,, nice to be greeted with a smile. Great job! Always find something, usually looking for shampoo and conditioner, good names, great prices, also, love their oils ie; rosehip oil, lavender. I pray they never go out of business or stop selling the things I love."

"This store is crazy. I brought 2 items with discount red tags to the cashier. Red tags mean there are some things wrong with them, but I want to take the risk to see if I can accept the problems. However, the cashier spent a lot of time to peel of the red tags that her store put on, insisted that someone put the red tags on. Then she scanned the regular tags and wanted me pay for that prices. When I asked her what products show on those red tags, she couldn't say. The staff even didn't know what does red tag means. There are about a hundred of red tags through out the store. If the store denied them without a good reason, that is deceiving. Burlington need to train their staffs differently."

"Gonna give it a 3- really good clothes found some good stuff but man the customer service is wild here. Walk up to the register to be starred at like I got something on my face and I’m the one that said hello after the awkward silence??? Weird- I’d be fired at my job for that.. and then she can’t even look at me the whole time and has the audacity to ask me to sign up for a credit card lol.. and then to top it all off she doesn’t tell me to have a nice day or anything to close the transaction out she just turned to her co worker and started talking. I’m tired of walking into every establishment in 2023 and getting this type of treatment. We’re all going through tough times right now. Your the same people I have to smile at and greet and take care of 10x more at my job then at yours. Get it together. Cashiers name was Tami."

"Hit or miss for what you want. Good store though. Only 4 star rating because don't expect to find what you intended to get but you will walk out with other stuff you didn't intend to buy. Good overall selection. I went in for pants and bought belt and ties instead lol. I recommend a walk through....."

"It is a good, tidy and large store, and it has all sizes and types of women’s, men’s, and children’s clothes, and everything I recommend. Also, the accountants are very nice and helpful. There is a woman who has curly hair and is very nice. We took some time about the ATM card, about 10 minutes, and she was kind, polite, and very patient. I loved her I thank her very much"
