"I have to believe Macy's will be closing this store soon. No employees, low on stock, and the store looks worn and dirty. Even during the Christmas holiday you could find any help and the store was empty."
"My friend and I were looking at the perfumes and I had picked one up and took it to the counter right next to us for her to smell it, I go over to put it back in its spot and the lady asks if we need help. We said no thanks we are good then she continues to follow us around every single counter and stare us down like we are going to steal a full size perfume sample? I already had purchased something from Macy's and had the bag in my hand so clearly I am a paying customer. Just a little unfortunate you cant even smell a perfume without being made out to be some sort of criminal when we didn't do anything wrong. Why bother to have out samples if you're that concerned about them being stolen?"
"I went to Macy's at SouthPark Center for a return of two items from online shopping. The return was seamless and the associates were very pleasant. The store itself is clean and bright and the items are not crowded."
"This store stinks. Literally. Particularly the lower-level. The elevator smelled like someone died in there, & from as dirty as it was, that's a possibility. The ladies at the check out were nice. Everything I bought is going back, it smells like the store. Yuck"
"My husband bought a suit today and the staff member in the men's dept. was great! He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was taking care of numerous customers and doing an excellent job. Kudos to Frank! Hope Macy's realizes what they have in him. Employees like him are nearly impossible to find."
