"Absolutely freezing inside that store. Elderly people shop there and y'all can't have the heat on! Are you seriously kidding me? That is absolutely unacceptable! I'm in my 40s and was freezing. Then watching little old ladies shop, ai was getting concerned for their safety. There is zero excuse for treating customers that way!!!!!"
"AJ did a beautiful job framing my grandfather’s military class photo from 1948. She took the time and care to touch up some areas of the photo that had torn over the years and selected a mat and frame that complimented it beautifully. I’m sorry I couldn’t see her in person to thank her when I picked it up so I’ll say thank you again here!"

"The place is really clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Manager Carolyn is amazing. She will make sure you walk out as a satisfied and happy customer.
