"The store was nice, but the staff were not. My friends and I were walking around and the staff was like watching us and kind of following us around. We wanted to go in the back and they wouldn't let us even though I was 17. Then, when we tried to leave, a woman working there accused us of stealing a pack of gum we had been looking at, which of course we didn't! Honestly, it was a really uncomfortable experience, the Spencer's at the Great Lakes Mall is MUCH better."
