"I can’t believe I’m leaving a dollar tree a bad review. I love dollar tree who doesn’t lol. But the cashier today was so condescending and dismissive. Laughed in my face and refused to take my $100 bill. Don’t expect much from a dollar store but he was so rude about it I can’t help but write this. The bro with the backwards hat. There was no signage saying they don’t accept large bills either. My change back wasn’t going to be an outrageous amount either. Ok I’m ranting. Rude and unpleasant employee."
"I arrived at 8:55pm both cashiers were just standing and looking at each other. And was telling that they are closed when the timing clearly mention they close at 9pm. I understand they need to go home but come on keep the doors open till 9pm which is displayed on the hours of operation. This is bad customer service they wouldn’t open the door. Management needs to take care of this asap!"
"I just wanted to say that Andrea is a very unpleasant employee. I first tried to approach her today in the aisle way. I said excuse me and she just completely walked away from me so I thought she just didn't hear me. I get up to the register and she was the associate taking care of me. She didn't say hello when I very clearly and loudly said hello to her. She didn't say anything the whole transaction. Was very unpleasant and wouldn't even look up at me. And when I left she didn't say anything to me at all and then just yelled to another employee across the store. About how she can't do something because she just is too busy. Just an pleasant experience as usual with the employees."
