"Nice place to live been here 6 years love it could have a play ground or basketball hoop or something seen a guy take a kids basketball and keep it for playing on portable hoop one day cause it went in his yard so keep that in mind if you have kids other than that it's a great place and pet friendly."

"I waited until moving out to rate this apartment complex, so as to have a more comprehensive review. This is a no frills, basic place. There are no additional amenities (pool, fitness room, etc) aside from one small patch of grass that's designated as the pet area. Because of this, the price per square foot is high compared to other apartments. Management is much harder to contact now that it's changed to a new person. I assume some of that is due to COVID, but still we went from a full time, on site manager to one that shows up roughly 3x a week. So leaving messages is really your best recourse, unless your schedule and his match. (I am currently in the process of moving out. When that is complete I will update with that experience)"
"I received a notice on my door at the end of 2018 stating that if you get on Google & leave a 5-star review, you'll get entered into a drawing to get $200 off your December rent. I made a Google account specifically for this. I was the ONE & ONLY person to leave a 5-star review in that time period (and 5 stars isn't even an honest rating for this place... at all) and I never heard a single word about any type of drawing, and I certainly didn't get any type of discount on my rent. It actually went up LOL. Long story short, my 5-star review has been removed"
"I put an application in for this place, gave the $40 fee and never heard anything from this place. Called Parker multiple times never heard anything back. Not a yes or a no. I feel like this place just took my money!!! Not a good way to conduct business. But a great way for them to keep money rolling in. Really upset about that!!"
