Hampton Inn & Suites Canton

"This place is pretty nice. The room(king studio suite) was nice and spacious. It was big enough to fit 3 comfortably. It had a bed, couch, and a nice table to eat at. The breakfast had a very nice selection. They offered eggs,sausage,potatoes,oatmeal, cereal, vanilla and red velvet waffles, bread,pastries,fruit, milk, and juice. The pool is one of the better pools I've encountered at hotels. It is L shaped with walk in steps and goes up to 5 feet. There is also a hot tub/whirlpool in the pool area which was nice. The location is pretty ideal. It's 4 miles from the hall of fame and less than a mile from the mall. There are plenty of options to dine at within a mile. I recommend mission bbq. Every staff member I encountered was super polite, friendly, courteous, and professional. Shout out to Jalissa for going above and beyond."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff and a spacious room with a sofa bed. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options and the western omelette and sausage were better than any similar included hotel breakfast. My only issue was that the pillows were lumpy."

"Traded 172,000 honors points and stayed in room 300. Sewer gas smell in bathroom due to leaking wax seal of toilet, tub faucet diverter only half-worked causing poor shower pressure, dish network not working when I checked in. Tech had to come reboot the system to make it work. I wondered if they gave me the room that was a lemon because I paid with points. No special treatment for being a 'diamond' member of Hilton Honors. That's for sure!"

"We toured Ohio and stayed in Hampton's the whole time after having a very bad experience at a Travel Lodge. In every instance, they all scored four stars in my books. Not perfect (beds are a bit firm, showers are OK but not great) but the service is always friendly and our stays were very pleasant. This Hampton deserves a 4.5 star - the location is great (Hall of Fame is a few minutes away), the staff was very friendly and the kicker was the family of cats who have found a home behind the hotel - very cute and friendly!"

"Staff was super friendly, breakfast was decent, room was very clean. We wish the staff would have informed us up front what the breakfast hours were when we checked in. The other things we would change are the drapes - need actual drapes that aren't see through and that close for privacy and to block the light coming in; better variety of pillows - some that are more full and/or firm. Over all, we had a great experience!"
