"BED BUGS!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!! My husband had bites on both arms, I have a bite on my chest so we checked the bed in the morning and sure enough found a few and blood stains on the sheets. We bagged up our stuff and headed home. We had to wash all our clothing and have our vehicle sprayed ($260) so we did not bring them into our house. Hopefully this warning will help others"
"I reserved 2 rooms mine was okay could have been cleaner. The other room was worse dirt on the box spring all across the bottom and looked like old blood stain that showed through the sheet. Bathrooms need better cleaning."
"My room had ants. It also has most of the lightbulbs burnt out or missing. The walls showed where items had been ripped off of them. No air conditioning in the lobby or hallways. Dirty entrance doors and parking lot. The shower stall was in rough shape but the water pressure was unbelievably good."
"Don't stay at this hotel. Our room was disgusting. Black mood behind the toilet, around the mirror and it was a long the baseboard. You can clearly see that they tried to cut it out. Unfortunately we were there a week for a business trip and it was already paid for by the company or we would have left. We asked for the room to be cleaned and our bedding to be changed after being there for 4days. This was never done. We had to change our own bedding get our own towels and take out our own trash and make our own beds. If you can afford to stay at a another hotel please do so. It's not worth a penny let alone 80 a night. I will never stay at another Wingate by Wyndham Hotel again."
"This is a cheap hotel and it is in a bit of disrepair. It is about what you would expect a cheap hotel to be. It isn't terrible but if you are looking for a nice place look elsewhere. The employees where nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty bad. I actually got up in the night and got a few bath towels because my neck hurt. The towels did make a much better pillow. The breakfast has waffles, cereal cups, and a few things like yogurt and pre-made egg sandwiches you can microwave. It seems like some of the people staying there may either be long term residents or people dealing with some really rough life circumstances. It felt safe enough to us but I don't think everyone would feel that way."
