"Upon check-in, the front desk gave us the room and key card. Went to the room and opened the door with the key card. The room was already occupied! There were personal belongings from another guest. THEY LET US INTO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM!!! Returned to the front desk and they gave us a key card for another room. They do not do housekeeping on the weekend if you stay for more than one night. They provide just the tiniest little bar of soap and half a roll of TP. When I requested additional shampoo for the second day, they just gave me 2 tiny tubes of conditioner, no shampoo. I spoke with the owner who said that they do not do housekeeping for "stayovers" on the weekend. A stayover is someone who spends 2 nights of the weekend there. He said it was a post-covid thing (as if cleaning a room was in any way related to covid). The so-called fitness center is a bench, three pairs of dumbbells (40, 45, 50 lb) and a few cardio machines. I did not use the cardio machines to see if they work. The room is dirty and cold. The walls are damaged and in need of repair and paint... like the rest of the building. Finally, and this is very concerning, all the fire doors on the stairwells are propped open with blocks of wood that seem to be glued to the door frames. So the doors will not close. If there was a fire there, it would spread quickly through the stairwells. Make this your last resort if you need a place to stay. They do not care about the safety (fire doors) and security (giving out wrong room keys) of their guests."

"I and my grown daughter and 2 grandkids are between apartments and we stayed here for about 2 weeks. It was an ok visit except upon check in I asked to please not have housekeeping come in our room that I would take care of it. We was gone one day and came back only to open the door to a note for us basically saying that they need us to clean the room to help with the upkeep of the room from them on. First off I asked that NOBODY go in our room. I found it very unprofessional to leave a note. When I asked about it at the front desk I was told that "cookie" i think was what they called her had been there for years and she gets away with doing stuff like that. The front desk people were all friendly and accommodating especially Joshua Micheal he was very super nice and helpful."

"Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The pool was cloudy you couldn’t even see your leg! The first room I got was dirty French fry’s on the floor sticky stuff on the end table along with stains all over the bed! Second room the wardrobe door was missing all the hinges except one! There was a hole in the wall that was half patched! The fire alarm went off around 11pm and we were told everything was fine. The two front desk personnel I had to deal with was a very poor at customer service! The only nice part of the hotel was the old guy who ran breakfast greeting us with a smile and when we left from eating the same thing! 10/10 would recommend to not go to this hotel! If I could give 0 stars I would!"

"Absolutely the worst trash hotel to stay at. Dirty, run down, rude people and horrible service! Right now I’m waiting for my deposit back from Wyndham bc the drug addict front desk clerk Josh she will steal your deposit and play dumb when it’s time to check out. The owner allowed her to curse me out flick me off and everything as she stole my deposit. Police report been made for thief of my money from Josh. She’s on camera putting the deposit thats mandatory in an envelope then she tries to act like she didn’t charge me a deposit REALLY!!!! It’s required! So at the end of the day nobody is stealing money from me. Also involved the BBB this will not go away until I get my money their employee stole from me"

"Typically don’t stay at hotels due to all the hassle with booking ext. My husband and I had to get away we booked through a third website sure enough it got messed up thank god for Joshua Michael not only did he go out of his way to correct the issue he walked us to our room to make sure it was what needed and everything worked properly as it did my husband mentioned he wished he had a cup of coffee and our phone rang 15m later Joshua herd him and brewed a fresh pot and asked if we needed sugar and creamer before he brought it to us. Amazing Service 10*"
