"At the lower end of the Fairfield brand. Gym missing some equipment, property showing some wear and tear, rooms not "suites". Breakfast was decent, rooms clean, service (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast) good and location was good for my needs. $3 dollar unannounced daily parking fee is annoying, as it wasn't mentioned in the reservation."
"I stay in this area a lot and have been a rewards member for years. This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is older and in need of a remodel. Our first room had a leak in the ceiling and flooded the bathroom. The staff was very nice and quickly moved us to a new room. The hot tub was broken, which was frustrating since this is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Pool area just dirty with rings around the pool. Then when we went to check out, there was a parking fee for $3 a day. Not that this is a lot of money but what the heck? NO other hotel in the area charges for parking--I looked it up! This makes no sense. Update your hotel--fix your property--then maybe you could justify charging to park."
