"Rooms were good ! Service was so unprofessional that it was borderline laughable. Henry, in specific made our nights there a living hell. If you need somewhere that looks a lot better in pictures than real life, this is the spot.. Just make sure you’re on Henry’s good side or he will cut your visit short at any notice or regard for our agreement.. Hopefully this saved you a couple bad memories. Thank you for reading:D!"
"Regarding service I wanted to leave no stars but that is not an option. I had reserved my rooms for $114 through 1-800 for Comfort Inn during Hall of Fame festivities. To my surprise, when I checked in the rate had been increased to $299 because they claimed they did not have my reservation. I however had the paperwork to reflect the room and rates. They did nothing to rectify the situation and continue to refuse to work with me. I would never recommend this place to anyone because they do not stand behind their quoted rates."
"They had their swimming pool to cold for me 82 is cold. The jacuzzi was 99 degrees too cold it is supposed to be at 103 and the pool should be 86 degrees because of this I will not go back go there to stay in this hotel but everything else is fine wonderful breakfast bar rooms are fantastic and clean"
"Though clean, the rooms needed a bit more remodelling because they looked a bit shoddy and in need of repair. But the price was great, and the breakfast was wonderful and free. Definitely will stay again."
"Summary; a very good hotel Positive; Spacious room, clean and quiet as it faces the front, not the freeway. Comfortable bed Large sofa Large mini fridge Good lighting Hot breakfast, very decent in a pleasant room Negative Sewage smell in the bathroom Large mini-fridge but no freezer space"
