"I’m updating my review since management was responsive to concerns and worked to resolve my billing issues. I hope they can be sure to keep future clients aware of their rules that differ from other Hilton family locations so these issues are prevented from happening in the first place. Would stay again."
"The staff at this hotel is wonderful! Each person we encountered (including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant) made us feel welcome and were all very kind, friendly, and helpful. Rooms, hallways, pool, and entire hotel are very clean. The hotel is also very secure and convenient. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again."
"What a great experience! My daughter’s wedding and wedding weekend was at Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Canton. Five stars all around!! Ky and Monica were our front desk ladies and welcomed our guests with a smiling face, a lot of knowledge and high efficiency! Thank you, ladies! Tory ran the wedding event and it was perfect! Thank you! The rooms are modern, spacious and clean! The food and service at both the rehearsal (buffet) and reception (sit-down) was fabulous. We received many compliments from our guests. Vanessa in the restaurant/bar was an always friendly face and Erin was a wonderful bartender! I highly recommend DoubleTree for you next event or stay."
"I stayed here for 3 nights on business. The staff was great throughout my stay, from the front desk to the bartenders and wait staff. Warm cookie upon arrival. The hotel was clean and the area felt safe. Parking garage is across the street. Conference area and food served were both very good. Short drive to the HOF."
