"Clean, quite, and in a great neighborhood"
"People will touch YOUR clothes that are in the washer and dryer. People will STEAL packages and the landlord and agent of the landlord will do NOTHING to help. There are VIOLENT people on the property that I was told weren’t allowed on the property, but if you call the agent of the landlord they will do NOTHING about it! They will manipulate you AFTER you sign the lease. I gave her my esa(emotional support animal) papers and they tried to say they can legally deny my esa(they cant). The agent then said they never got the paper(I turned it in MONTHS before I got my actual esa). They won’t do repairs until your threaten with escrow. I had to wait 5 months for locks to get changed, I had to wait in 48° inside my apartment because my heater stopped working, my water heater stopped working had to wait 3 weeks for a new one(so freezing showers for 3 weeks also with no hot water for dishes). Someone has been opening my packages and stealing them. There’s one nice neighbor that I know of. Everyone is rude and makes you feel stupid. Don’t live here!"
