"Visiting brother-in-law and family who live here. We hung out at the pool. Well taken care of pool facility. Water is heated but just cool enough to refreshing."
"My father rented this place for a year and an half and although it was well-maintained and a relatively nice property, the management will take deposits and charge you more once you decide to move out. The management staff commented that my father left the place in amazing condition and then took his deposit and charged him more on top of that. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It is also very outdated for the cost of rent."
"Never lived in these but a $50 application fee AND they won’t let you tour the apartment before you move in? At first I thought it was a covid thing but they still have you come in person to fill out an application? Makes no sense. Seems like nice apartments but moving into a place without looking at it seems sketchy"
"Beth was extremely helpful, kind, and quick with responding to emails, as well as updating us on our application. We are very happy to be joining the Woodlawn community, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live to check them out."
