"largest apt. complex in all of canton. hundreds of units available. check your unit before signing a lease. some buildings in very good condition and others not so much. Maintenance Crew on the ball and quite good. if you need a place quick like, this complex usually has openings."

"They respond on here differently than they do in person. That’s why they’re sitting at a 2.4 Review Rating. I’ve never had an experience like I had with them. I’ve seen Ambulance come to this complex and leave blood rags and the office not know. The office has zero idea what goes on in these apartment. Domestic Violence. Theft. And when you come to them for answers they give excuses. I feel for all of these people leaving bad reviews. They need to shut this place down. It’s outdated and the staff is under qualified. Put your families in a safer environment. This is not the place you want to have the ones you care for sleep at night."

"Absolutely the worst apartment management I have ever come across. Megan specifically. Good luck getting any information on anything. She’ll send you to court for an eviction without sending out any paperwork or notifying you of said eviction. I understand it becomes a tenants problem as it’s their fault the eviction is happening. But it’s the offices job to be sending out paperwork as well as filing the correct paperwork. Given the condition of these apartments. It makes sense the type of staff they employ. Worst place. DO NOT RENT."

"I WISH that I could leave 0 stars. I lived in this apartment complex 3 yrs. I had only 2 maintenance calls - one was for the smoke alarm chirping and the other was for an outside lamp out. My lease ended May 1st and I had heard that this place was relentless about charging people after moving out. I took pictures of the place. - they are TRYING to charge me $369 for, "the condition I left the apartment in".......They claim is was $469 but they deducted the $100 secuity deposit I paid. When I moved in Donna Slack was the manager (she's now deceased) and she told me that no one ever gets the security deposit back because they automatically replace the carpet. I will be going to court - there is nothing that wasn't normal wear and tear......here is the proof in my pictures. Also, I want to point out we had 2 large winter storms -- it took them THREE days to clear the parking lot for the first snow and for the second snow they didn't even bother at all. The windows are FILTHY - they do NOT hire anyone to clean them and the parking lots are so degraded and dirty that you can't open your back windows because all kinds of grime from the parking lot ends up in your house. There is no security there. My grandson's bike was stolen out of the carport. Trust me - you DON'T want to move here!"
