Oak Glen Apartments

"From the pictures the units appear to be very nice and looking at Google maps it looks like it'd be a decent neighborhood. However, you just can't seem to make contact with anybody. A whole week out we had scheduled to meet and we received an email confirmation. Then we get an email saying that the time we picked would not work and asked will a different time work for you. And we, being people who like to cooperate and communicate, adjusted our time so that we can meet at the time that they referred and then again received confirmation regarding our tour. The day of our tour I received an email, due to scheduling error I will have to request a reschedule of this appointment. ***Edit After emailing I received a reply back (circumstances were explained regarding the scheduling mishap, which I appreciated the information). They provided an alternative in a way that worked with our scheduling and I sincerely appreciate the creative resolution."

"Cockroach’s + slum lord= not a good time! Being let out my lease rather then fixing the problem. Run from this place yall especially the slum lord Kellie. Also to add the apartment was foul when I moved in she set a time for me to get my keys never showed waited for hours to get keys ended up having to wait days past the scheduled move in date. Also added pictures of how the apartment looked when I moved in it’s been nothing but problems since day 1 save yourself the trouble."

"I lived here for about a year and half and and this place has been nothing but great to me. I was almost homeless and explained my situation to the property manager Kellie they got me a one bedroom which was extremely affordable until I got on my feet and then moved into a 2 bedroom so I had room for my kids, and the maintenance team there make any situation a priority. By far one of the best places I’ve lived and the staff are really welcoming."

"I called this place trying to rent an apartment and no one never answers the phone or return my call. I can only imagine what it will be like if I was to live here. I don't know what's going on with this property but it's very frustrating that these people never answer the phone. I'm not even interested in this property any more. Theapartments seem to be nice and what I do like about it that they are close to stores. But how can some one rent the apartment if you all never answer the phone or return no one call. How is you all still In business? If it's not available then it shouldn't be on line."

"Highly recommend not renting here. Maintenance and upkeep of the property is non-existent. Parking lot is like a lunar landscape, common areas are never cleaned, and interior walls have not been painted in years. The roofing and siding is falling off on most buildings. Have had a hole in my ceiling for three months that has not been fixed. Despite the abysmal upkeep of the property, the neighbors are very pleasant. Nonetheless, recommend looking elsewhere."
