"Even though we just recently moved in to Carriage Hill, my wife and I already feel very much at home. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and the park-like grounds make it very relaxing to sit out on the balcony. Property Manager Lisa Morris has been friendly and helpful throughout the process of our move and very responsive to any and all questions or concerns we might have. We’re glad we made the decision to move to Carriage Hill!"
"It's a beautiful place to live. The trees and grounds are maintained. We had a plumbing problem on the weekend and the maintenance guy did a terrific job of taking care of it and leaving our bathroom nice. I feel safe and happy to live here."
"Miss Lisa is the bomb! She was very pleasant to work with from day one! She gave me a tour of the apartment to help me decide if Carriage Hill was the best fit for me. Lisa was very patient while answering all my questions. I signed that day! I was able, with her guidance, to apply for my renters insurance and my AEP Ohio account. Jordan, the maintenance man, was very friendly and made a stop immediately upon my move in, to address my minor fixes. My move in experience made me feel welcome. I look forward to learning about this new town and our community at Carriage Hill. Thanks for all you do! Kat B."
"If I could put any fewer stars, I absolutely would because it was an appalling experience. I am a physician and was told to leave my apartment within a month WHILE I was working on nights in the ICU because I had asked for the landlady to spray insecticide after I had found cockroaches and a maggot in my basement apartment (that had previously had multiple plumbing issues and flooded prior to me moving in which was not disclosed to me, I found out due to multiple areas of mold).I even offered to spray it myself if she had provided the insecticide and she rudely and disrespectfully YELLED at me saying to buy it myself because none of these issues were "life or death" or "out of the norm". Would not recommend, ESPECIALLY for any health care professionals."
