"1. The management staff is a revolving door. 2. My car got broken into twice and stolen once. 3. There is no security cameras or measures in place to mitigate your car being stolen. When I brought up the fact that multiple people have had their windows busted with attempted car theft I was told “that’s the risk we all take”."

"Went on a tour there and the lady that showed us the apartment was cocky and kept mentioning that doctors and nurses and professional football players only live here and made us feel like we didn’t belong At the apartment. But the history of the place is super cool"
"Absolutely fantastic experience with the leasing office. Came in for a tour today and left with a signed apartment. Bobby within the office couldn’t have been more kind. He made every effort to insure that I could find an apartment within my budget. Beautiful facilities and amazing unique apartment layouts! Can’t stress enough how seamless the process of renting here is. Looking forward to the next year living at Hercules!"
