"The apartments are extremely overpriced, extremely old inside, they don’t replace or upgrade anything without dire need, they will keep your deposit unless you literally never used or slept in your apartment, they nickel and dime you for things such as replacing carpet that wasn’t new when you moved in, they said they had to replace shower tiles in our bathroom but our bathroom didn’t have tile, same with our carpet that was never damaged in any way, they have high turn over, they don’t care about anything but money, we had a back door that leaked water when it rained, so badly that it would pool up around the door and then cause a river across our dining area. My 3 year old son fell in the water that leaked from rain once before we saw it and cleaned it up, their spindles on the staircases are so wide adults could go between them (super out of code and dangerous for little ones), the list goes on but you get the point. I recommend you don’t find your way to staying there, I think you will instantly regret that decision. I also know there will be people who think I’m an anomaly but I assure you I am not, just speak with other residents who live or once lived there and they will tell you the same. It’s terrible… save yourself the grief."

"I been rent from DeVille apartment going on two years now . I love the management they are very friendly respectful. If you have any kind of maintenance issues with your place they are on top of having the repairs done. I have rented places before they are by far the best . I would recommend anyone that looking for nice apartment and great management to rent from them . Rent very reasonable and affordable . I love it and would continue to rent from them."

"I moved out of Deville Grandeur during the summer of 2017 I paid up the rent and utilities, I heard nothing from them (even though they have my phone, email, and address) until I received a collection notice from a third party company in May of 2019 (!!!) saying that I am now in collections for over $700 and we have no clue why since it’s been two years! Makes since though since in our year there they had THREE different property managers. Do your credit score a favor and don’t move into any of their properties."

"We rented a townhouse from 2017 - 2019. We got flooded 3 times in a week and lost everything downstairs due to sewage water coming through the drain because there were roots growing in the pipes. They told us if it happen again, we would have to pay for it. Our lease is up july 31th so we paid up all the utilities and rent for the month and moved out a month earlier. We did the walkthrough and surrender the keys. A week later they sent us a letter saying that we have been charged for utilities that we already paid. I called the property manager Lindsey and was told that " oh you didn't turn in the keys on the first do that's why we are charging you". Firstly there's nothing in the contract that states that you need to turn in the key on the first day that you move out How's this legal? I paid my rent and utilities for the last month. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I would never advise anyone to rent from you. No one has ever had good experience with you, from the rude managers down to the front desk personnel."

"I have lived in Deville Apartment for 8 years now. If I have an issue with anything they are there to help. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner and fixed without problems. Its a great location and the rent is reasonable for what is included. Have never had any issues with management either. So overall is a great place to live."
