"As I said apartments start out in the 1,200-1,500 range because they don't take any of the additional bill's, plus if you have cat's it's 50 per cat so if I have four kid's and four cat's that leaves me at 1,700$ in rent, I was under the impression cat's would be a luxury free of charge but they later told me that wasn't the case."

"There's some old reviews on here. All but one was kind of true at the time. But the new manager, her assistant, and maintenance crew have made good improvements. And are easier to get along with than the last 3 managers.( sorry about the other post Janette, one of my jerk friends hacked my account). Other than that good school system and close to freeway for faster commutes to work."

"STAY FAR AWAY! (especially Grace) I have lived in numerous houses and apartments over the years and I have never lived in such a horrible environment than Vienna Woods. First off, there is an office manager by the name of Grace who is psychotic and will constantly put notices on your door threatening fines, eviction, etc. for stupid things (patio furniture, lawn not being cut for over a week, etc.). Grace also loves to walk around the neighborhood spying on residents and putting up notices if she thinks they're doing something wrong. When you try to speak with her, she always has an attitude and is the opposite of understanding. I am moving out next month (thank God) and have never been happier with that decision. I will take my $640 a month somewhere else. It has also turned into a massive ghetto: kids standing in the street refusing to move, drugs being dealt in the parks, and maintenance workers without any qualifications (they do the bare minimum fixing things). A major downfall of this place is that they let Section 8 and HUD applicants have priority housing, which means many of the residents are not even given a background check. I hate to give bad reviews about anything, but this place's potential to add stress in peoples' lives need to be known."
