"Good place"
"The walls are very thin. I cannot get any maintenance help unless it’s during the week but I don’t have a number for them. Sometimes my water takes 25 mins to get hot. The trash rooms are always filled with trash. Currently my issue is my heat. My apartment is freezing cold and I can’t reach anyone about it."
"I have been here since July when the building had just opened, 7 months ago there's no rules here The walls are paper thin. Just completely noisy all four floors and garbage all in the dumpster area's. Soon will be bugs and mice if not handled real soon. CONCERNED RESIDENT."
