"I would not recommend this apartment to anybody that is looking. If I could give this place a half a star I would. First off it's too expensive for what they offer. Secondly, the property is horrible. She is very condescending and thinks that she can do whatever she wants without consequences. It's sad whenever new tenants say that she doesn't seem friendly. As long as she is property manager nobody is going to stay at that apartment. Avoid this place unless you can't find another place to live"
"A rare gem in the Gordon Square Arts district. Regina (the property manager) and the staff at Cleveland Bricks are excellent. The community in the building are quiet, clean, and the brick exterior, hardwood floors, and terra cotta tile hall ways are historic and charming. The street itself consists of mostly all single family homes, and it’s posted as a quiet zone by the city. An excellent neighborhood for bike riders, walkers and joggers."
"I loved living here. Quiet and everyone stays to the self. Updated appliances, very nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend. Also maintainance comes in a timely matter! 5 stars!"
