"I have been here 10+ years and in 2 different units (first floor and second floor). There has never been an issue with my neighbors or with pests/rodents. They are working on updating all the units."
"I've not had many issues so far, and any have been addressed in a timely manner. However, what is going on with the lack of trash pickup? All trash dumpsters are full, even over flowing. There was a company that came atleast twice/week. What happened?"
"Maintenance is horrible hallways are gross and smell of filth. They never fix things but are quick to ask for the rent. Please detour if your looking 4 a place"
"Carpet was replaced upon move in but debris and large staples remained whereas I had to place my furniture on top and clean it myself! Counter tops and cabinets are very old and needs to be replaced! I’m still waiting for kitchen counter tops and bathroom floor to be replaced! The toilet seal has been broken and the bathroom has a smell no matter how much I scrub the floor! I did get a new vanity! I’ve been here ONE year and 3 months rent has increased by $10 which makes it $780 now! There’s something fishy with the electric, running $120 a month, I work nights 12hr shifts and don’t use that kinda electricity. I believe everyone is heating the hallways and lighting for the entire building! They spend a lot of money on lawn care which wakes me at least 3 times a week! The pool is 5, 7, 9 feet which is way too deep for children, very quick drop in spacing (dangerous). No I won’t be renewing my lease! Other than the loud lawn care noises it’s quiet! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $780 plus $120 electric a month!………$900...you can definitely get more amenities elsewhere for that amount!"
"Complex has gone downhill. They keep 1/2 the deposit regardless of the clean condition unit left in. The leasing manager Tammy said: they do that to everyone. A rat was running around in my unit thankfully I had a week left in that unit before moving to a new place. Referred a friend and the complex kept 1/2 of his deposit as well. Even though the lease agreement doesn't state that all deposits are held regardless if unit is left in tip top ready to move in condition."
