"I been living here for two years and half, its clean and quiet"
"Trust me when I say this, you do not want to stay here. From the beginning, I’ve only been troubled. I never complained through my stay but the way I’ve been troubled, I can’t help but write this review. When I moved in, the elevator wasn’t working. I had to sit downstairs in the lobby for eight hours before the elevator started working again. The elevator stoped working at least once to twice a month throughout my 1 year stay for days together. During my move out the air conditioning was not working for 12 days, it was 97F in my apartment building. They didn’t do anything about it. After moving out they charged me $420 for apparently “not cleaning the stove microwave and fridge”. I cleaned out everything before I left and when I filed a complained about it there was no action taken. I didn’t even get a reply from management. I moved out 2 months ago and still haven’t received my deposit. Rent is super high, the service and amenities are terrible, not even remotely close to being worth the rent. I was told “you were a nice resident because of the kindness of your heart, but there’s nothing we can do” after constantly following up. Definitely do not stay here, you’ll be troubled from the first day to your last and even after that. The people at the leasing office can only help so much, the management company (whoever that is) is literally the worst leasing company I have ever come across. You’ll notice I’m not the only one complaining about this apartment building."
"The staff are friendly, patient, and conscientious, the maintenance system is easy and the handling is fast, the air conditioning of the apartment is comfortable and the airflow is good, the location is convenient and close to the supermarket and bus station."
"Newly remodeled apartment, Spacious units, new appliances, management is responsive to requests but they have a lot of requests to handle so it takes a while to get things done. Since the windows are not tinted, privacy is a concern but with blinds added it is comprisable taking other things into consideration. Location is good with easy access to highway and right in between CSU and CWRU."
