The amentities, the leasing team, and the concierge team (Special shoutout to Stephanie who was absolutely wonderful in helping me with some car trouble), it’s all amazing. This is the place to live if you’re moving to the Cleveland area!"
"Living in this apartment building has been an absolute delight. The rooftop pool is a true gem, offering a serene escape with fantastic views of the city. The large gym, overlooking downtown, makes working out a pleasure. And, let's not forget the prime location right outside of the city. Five stars are well-deserved for this amazing place!"
"Few complaints. Paper thin walls, no privacy and can hear every little thing your neighbors say and do. My biggest issues come during move out process. There were clear signs of management rummaging through my belongings on move out inspection, something that clearly shouldn’t be done. Additionally, they willingly or otherwise attempted to defraud me of $1,150 upon moving out by ignoring my move-in check list of existing damages and charge for repairs."
"Nice apartment. But the neighborhood is unsafe. If you wanna park ur car outside the apartment, just think twice. I recalled the past winter was harsh… heater was not working. I had to use the oven to keep myself warm (not sure if that’s a good idea….) but overall I like the people living in the building. Great place to meet new friends."
