"I loved living here SO much, I moved back! after 14 years away! Karen and Dave have been wonderful in the 20+ years I've known them, and in coming back, I felt like I was returning Home. The landlords also couldn't be more safety conscious - downtown living is always going to have the "quirks" OF downtown living - management routinely organizes and attends committees/meetings JUST to better care for/improve our safety. We have gates and cameras and any (very rare) issues are taken care of immediately. Security is certainly ALWAYS a top concern. The property manager CJ and the maintenance crew are friendly, empathetic, diligent, fast - and pretty darn good. Prices are reasonable and comparable to downtown living. The amenities (courtyard, full gym, brand-new laundry, even a fire pit) and events (Movie Nites and events with our resident artists) make this seem like a genuine, inclusive, creative community. For me the big draw is the building itself - it's a stunning renovation and I feel like I live in part of a castle - and Tower Press gets credit for jump-starting the neighborhood renaissance (now we have companies like GBX and Cross Country Mortgage ALSO re-creating properties on the block). Each unit has its own architectural, unique feature(s) (like a skylight) and you can even live in the famous Tower itself."

"I lived in this apartment complex for two years, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The downtown Cleveland location, while initially appealing, became increasingly unsafe after dark, making it practically impossible to go outside around the property during those hours. Management, led by Karen, was a major source of frustration. She proved to be extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. My lease renewal was neglected for over a year, and when it came time to move out, I faced astronomical demands for payments. The building's maintenance was a significant issue. Poorly insulated units resulted in exorbitant electric bills both in winter and summer. While the unique units and daylight appeal might be positive aspects, the overall package is not worth the New York City-level prices. Living in a poorly managed and maintained building overshadows any positives. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against anyone, not even my worst enemy, considering this place as their home."

"I lived in tower press for 4 years from 2019-2023 and I loved my apartment. It really felt like a safe space during Covid. I never had issues with noise, my apartment was beautiful and the maintenance team and owners were always responsive. It’s a great price and I’m VERY SALTY about now paying Connecticut prices for less space."

"I have been a resident at the Tower Press Development for 13 years. It has been an incredible experience. I feel right at home with other artists in the building. The property owners Karen and Dave are extremely thoughtful, caring and attentive to my needs. CJ, our maintenance man is the BEST! He is a wizard, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Whenever I have had any issues at the building, Karen finds a solution, which is rare in property owners. I am an award-winning filmmaker. Karen is also GREAT about allowing me space to rehearse in the building. I would highly recommend renting a loft at the Tower Press. I can assure you, I am a real resident here. While I understand that property management is a business, they don't make it feel that way."

"We had lived in Manhattan for 25 years and wanted something similar here in Cleveland. We got it! We are writers and I perform. We Love to entertain and now with our beautiful apartment we do just that. The high ceilings, brick walls, gorgeous tall windows ...ours is a dream come true which we can afford close to downtown. Have lived here for over 3 years and the management are terrific and available and so courteous. We have parking, communal fire pit, laundry room plus a workout room. We appreciate all the tenants and talented artists??"
