"Although the building itself is old the place is really convenient as its in the heart of downtown and right across CSU. Rascal house and bus stop, food places around and convenience store all in the building are additional perks."

"From the first time that I toured the apartments I felt comfortable and at home here. Moved in 4 months ago and I like the bulding, great people very convenience situation, right in front CSU. Management very receptive and helpful. Just happy here."

"Wasn’t going to do this, but considering the last 3 reviews have come from people inside the KPL management company (yes we can tell) I’m gonna give an actual residents review. To start off, the garage. Biggest safety hazard I’ve ever seen. Tons of debris everywhere, water leaking through broken ceiling and falling apart everywhere. I have zero idea how that has passed any inspection. To go onto the rooms, nearly every room has structural damage in some way or form. Windowsills will have cracks all in, allowing water to get in when it rains. Washers and driers break down more than any apartment I have ever heard of. Yes it comes with a fridge. Sweet! That’ll work for half the year spoiling your groceries. Today, an email was sent out describing the ignorance of the building manager, but that was already known to most residents anyways. Trash overflows constantly, mail room is horribly organized, sauna hasn’t worked in years, and the elevators always break. Whether a gas leak, a ceiling leak, or a ceiling falling on your car, count on something going wrong at the 1900. Thank you and have an awful day to whoever reads this."

"Terrible management. I moved in July 2021, and in August 2021 my AC broke and they knew all about it and they never did anything to fix it. finally 2 weeks before i moved out in June 2022 the AC was fixed. i was living in 90 degree temperatures and they never did anything like a price break on rent. I also parked in the basement garage and the ceiling was falling in on my car. The key fob system to get in was broken and no one was notified so because of that the doors to get in were unlocked 24/7, safe right. I could go on and on about this place, they have terrible communication and they tell you one thing and do another. Do not move here. they charge high end prices for low end apartments"

"Since management changed from Coral to KPL, the cleanliness of the shared / public areas have deteriorated. If the trash problem is not corrected there is a risk of rodent outbreak, if there is not one already. There used to be a maintenance person "Moe" who was always helpful. I have not seen for many weeks ago, I suspect the new management may have let him go hence the lapse in upkeep of the property. The trash Shute has not been fixed for some time, so if you live on 7th floor you have to take trash down and walk across the parking and leave it in a corner where there is just more trash.
