"I recently attended a brunch organized by K&D Management at Residenence at Halle Community center, and it was an exceptional experience. The omelette was delicious, the fresh fruit cuts were refreshing, and the massage was truly marvelous. Additionally, the small gift of chocolates was a thoughtful touch. I had a fantastic time at the party, and it's evident that K&D Management goes above and beyond to create enjoyable events for their residents. Highly recommended!"

Joy from the leasing office answered all my questions I had as a first time apartment hunter and made the process so easy. I couldn’t be happier being this close to Playhouse square and the arena district."

"First 6 months at the Residences at Hanna have been great. Prices are fair, easy access to multiple restaurants and right next to Playhouse Square. Maintenance is quick, friendly workers and Joy at the front desk has been GREAT since she recently started working at the Residences at Hanna!"

"Students beware!! Tried to rent an apartment with my boyfriend and had a horrible experience with Joy. She told us it was fine for my mom to help pay my half of the rent - they don’t do guarantors but we were told she could add herself as a resident and then remove herself (we were even promised a discount since she is a government worker). Everything was great until we applied & things went downhill. Joy began making up rules that were new to us about renting and telling us it was impossible for us to rent the apartment, despite her saying it was fine before and accepting our application fees ($70). Joy also wanted me to apply after this which would have been another $35, knowing that we wouldn’t even be able to live there because we needed a guarantor. The office is also extremely hard to get in touch with (they never answer the phone during business hours) and did not tell us about the problems with us moving in until THE DAY BEFORE we were set to move in. I would really like the application money back since you guys knew about my mom helping me pay and then changed the rules after applying!! (Also I have been told by other apartment managements that places like the Hanna building purposely deny students… which is illegal) I recommend looking at the Osborn building if you are a student looking for an apartment. It is disgusting that these places take advantage of college students and are still recommended by CSU!!"
