"Came to look at an apartment but parked in the parking structure, elevator was broken so went to take the stairs. Condoms, alcohol bottles, literal poop and blood in the stairwell. I just decided to turn around and leave. If this is an indication of what living here would be like— I’m out. I understand this may not be the property, but it’s where residents and potential residents park, priority should be on safety and experience. WOW! Didn’t know I was visiting San Francisco!!"

"I rented an apartment here during the summer of 2022, and my experience with management has been nothing short of a frustratingly shocking display of ineptitude. During the initial process of signing the lease, the leasing office was exceedingly difficult to reach, which I should've taken as a sign to make a run for it. For the most part, the horrors didn't start until I left. I was informed about a month after leaving (October 2022) that I would be receiving the majority of my security deposit within a week or two, but I'm not sure if they told me this sincerely or to foster a sense of complacency on my part. After a few weeks of assuming the check would arrive and receiving no further word from the leasing office, my concerns grew. I began reaching out to management, but it took nearly two weeks of persistent calling and emailing before I reached someone. For reference, it was now late November. I was told that, due to a change in management, security deposit returns were delayed for many ex-residents, but the check would be cut soon. Fast-forward to late March (2023), when, after countless attempts to reach the leasing office, I am finally told my check is being mailed to me. That was three weeks ago, and suprise...no check. At this point, I'm considering small claims court. Save your time, energy, and money—do not rent here!"

"Luxury Living ? Having nice things when you need them in a comfortable, clean, safe setting that is conveniently located In the photos you will see: • Pictures I took on a 10-minute walk through the building not trying to find anything outstanding. All I found were great examples of the non-luxuries we live with at the Euclid Grand. “Responsible” property managers learned the life-or-death necessity of sanitation and cleanliness from covid. The photos will guide you to your own decision about the value this property management team places on your life. Starting with the dirty unwelcoming the front entrance and resident buzzer, moving onto all of the unsanitary dirty doors that cannot possibly be safe to touch (some of the dirty doors even include the leasing/management office), onto the dirt piled so deep on the garage floors that you see tire tracks and balls of hair everywhere, while taking a look at wall after neglected wall through the entire building. • A resident storage room I was told would be open after I moved in. It was never finished. I rent an off-site storage unit for an additional $159/month. • A bike storage room (a “Must-have” of mine when I was selecting a property) that was never finished and is now just another locked door. • Extremely dirty parking garage, with a regular rental rate of $190/month. Be prepared for the extra costs. 3 days of sitting in the garage requires a car wash to get the thick layer of airborne (Seriously impacts healthy breathing. It is best for your lungs to cover your mouth and nose when walking in the garage) floor dirt will cause your car to need washed (I work from home, so I make sure I plan an extra hour and $20 for a fresh car wash every time I leave the garage). If you like to keep your carpet, you will need to vacuum your carpet every time you get in your car. I have replaced my black floor mats 4 times since I moved in. There is no way to save them with as much dirt from the garage floor ground into them every time I get in my car. • A broken wall sconce outside my neighbor’s apartment that was broken in the fall of 2021. • Steps that have never been swept lead from the parking garage to the elevator. When first spoke about them having the same dirt and trash on them for a 6-month period, the cups and other large trash items were picked up but the hair balls and dirt were never touched. • Safety- There are three CMHA properties that are less than 2,000 feet from the Euclid Grand. Those properties, which charge rent based on your income, or lack of income, do not attract the same resident pool as the Euclid Grand. However, those properties are far more secure. They are always staffed and there is no way anyone is passing the front door without leaving their ID and the resident being informed of the visit. On the other hand, at the Euclid Grand, there is no way to say when or if there will ever be security on staff here. • Convenience- When I moved-in there was a concierge staffed from approximately 7:00 am until approximately 10 or 11:00 pm seven days a week. The value of that position to the residents is incredible. The past 5 times I have needed help at a time when there was previously a concierge, there was no one available. It has been less than enjoyable, convenient, safe, or comfortable living here. The management of this property does present more challenges than conveniences for residents. Luxury Living?"

"Management is nice And cooperative. Security is helpful when needed, especially if management is not around. My Loft is nice just wasn’t shown the same model when I came to tour so I had to adjust to having pillars in my place, only disappoint I’ve have so far. Just moved in sept. The building is beautiful & they are building a golf/bar next door! Excited for that! Only amenity they don’t have is a pool. I don’t like how thin the walls are can hear others music & stuff. But overall I love it here."
