"I put five stars because my mother lives there and it is a good place to live. It’s has its ups and downs. But other than that it’s a beautiful place. I recommend it to anybody. My mothers name is Natasha and my name is Miguel and I live there with her before before. I left the state of Ohio. Milton New York. And like I said the building is a good place. I love it and she loves it. She’s been there 13 years."
"This building is nasty property manager don’t care about nobody maintenance man lazy I been here for 7 months and don’t like it smfh and have a Lady that be drunk every day with no clothes on be on every man in here I’m done never will come back here. Bugs everywhere"
"Its a wonderful place for people STARTING their 1st adulthood life. moving out of theirs parents home into having their 1st apartment. Best Location for those not having transportation. You are Downtown Cleveland, and close to many Bus Lines. Its an older building so a lot minor wear and tear happens from Elevators breaking down to some of the water pipes may bust and needs for new repairs.. Management is Great, Front Desk Security is Great.. Tenants.. Just like every Apt Building you have good ones and bad ones, friendly ones and unfriendly ones.. But if your a person who mind your business and keep to yourself. You will have NO issues at all. I been living here for 21 years now and have no plans on leaving."
