Parkridge Apartments

"We will have lived here for 24 years this July and that in it's self should indicate we like it here, no love it here. You can't find a more convenient location I-480, I-71and Hopkins Airport all with in a mile. We are literally surrounded by the Cleveland Metro Parks including three of their golf courses and a riding stable. Biking, hiking, picnicking and fishing all within a quarter mile, The Property Managers run a great complex and have over all the years we have been here. The maintenance staff is first rate and can virtually take care of any problem you may encounter promptly. The property is beautifully landscaped and well kept. The complex sits on top of a hill above the Rocky River surrounded by woods. A peaceful place to enjoy nature and catch sight of natures delights. Every apartment with their own private entrance and laundry facilities. I have often been asked by guests if these are condo's. I look at them as similar to English Garden Apartments. A pleasant community area with work out equipment and a very nice outdoor pool and pool area. So many great things about Parkridge Apartments a place I,m proud to call Home."

"Parkridge is a great place to live. The amenities like washer and dryer; swimming pool and club house are an added bonus. The complex is well-maintained and always looks good. Ryan, our handyman, is great. He works quickly, efficiently, and effectively. In the office, Rochelle and Carmen handle the administrative duties promptly and take good care of the tenants. They keep us informed of what is going on and what we need to do in order to live together well. I feel safe and secure here. It is a quiet and good place to live. My main worry is increasing rents. I am on a fixed income and may have to consider moving if the cost of living here increases."

"Lived here for almost 4 years. The place was well-managed, clean, and reasonably priced for the amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the units are a little outdated, but honestly that was very minor. Part of why I give them 5 stars is also the fact that I had to break my lease unexpectedly due to getting a new job out of State and the management policy was that I had to pay until they found a new tenant (which was pretty easy at the time of year I moved) so I only ended up having to pay a couple extra weeks, which was better than I expected. I also got my security deposit back in a timely manner (minus some dog related damages, which was fair)."

"This is a nice apartment complex on the edge of the Rocky River Reservation, which can provide you some very nice views from certain Apartments. The management seems to have a reputation for reasonableness with the tenants and the tenants needs."

"I lived their for one year, my apartment was clean,functioning, it was close to the parks and 9 mils away from the down town where i worked no problems with mold or bugs kept the ground clean in snowy days and friendly office staff."
