"I've been a resident at Riverpark for over 10 years. I've had some very nice neighbors and even made a couple friends. I've given several lunches over the years to K& D staff to show my appreciation for all that they do. The coordinator also. We really need to count our Blessings in these last days. "Been a resident here at River park apartments for 4 months the property manager Jennifer McClure is very helpful and kind she speaks to you in a nice manner very well spoken and very attentive to your needs she goes above and beyond to help you out as well as the social worker Toni Cora very helpful very nice person they are the best i thank God for the both of them im very happy and feel safe to be a resident here i thank them both. Maintenance Chris & Supervisor Alonzo they are very nice when repairs are needed they are quickly to address the issue the entire staff is outstanding thank God for all of them."
"The offices are very helpful, and have helped me with anything that I need.I have lived her for 5 years. Toni has helped me a lot with my insurance and she is always very nice. Christopher is very helpful and fixes anything that I need, and makes sure that things are working properly for me. The manager Jennifer is very helpful and does whatever she can within her power. Since the new management team has been here I feel more comfortable and more relaxed. I wish more of my neighbors would be more respectful to management and each other."
"I lived here at Riverpark since 2018, as long as I've been here I have gotten along well with the staff and have had no issues. The service coordinator Ms. Toni has been very nice and helps me with any personal issues that I have. I get along well with the property manager Ms. Jennifer. I would recommend my friends to live here."
"I have to say that the tenants are so friendly. I especially appreciate the new Property Mgr (Jennifer), because she knows the balance between dignifying the elderly while at the same time taking care of business. I'm that way, it takes one to know one. I like to add that the Service Coordinator (Toni) goes above and beyond helping the elderly too in the building. I lived in other buildings, however this is the most conscientious building I have ever lived in."
