"This place is a total scam disaster, these apartments are prone to water damage and maintenance will use your electricity which YOU have to pay for to plug up fans to dry your carpet. You have to play phone tag with the office and the people in charge are aggressive like pit bulls on Red Bull. They lie and add random charges to your rent and wont return your security deposit. Don’t do it!!!!!!"
"This is not a good place to rent from, moved in here Oct 2021, repairs needed to be done before we moved in and they are still not done. Very Very Very bad on maintenance. I have a very bad and noisy neighbor, can't wait to move out of here. All they want is the money"
"I and my deceased wife lived there in 1974, we really enjoyed living in this peaceful location, with the park behind the complex. Many very fond memories of living there."
"I lived in this complex for 1.5 years before having to move for a new job. I really enjoyed the complex and if I move back to the area I would want to live here again. The complex is in a nice and quiet area of Garfield Heights and is located just off I-480. Abby in the leasing office is super nice and will help you with any questions you have at all. The apartment is a good size and is a good price. The neighbors were all nice and I never had a problem with any of the them. Overall, this apartment is great and I would recommend it to any of my friends that need an apartment in the area."
"This application process is a complete lie and scam. Ive never seen someone go deep into your personal life and take your money when you don't want to accept their offer. They check your social media as a part of your background check and question you on it? we sign for our personal records to be checked my own well paying government job didn't even do this even though we were excepted I will not recommend this they will drill you about everything even with a clean background."
